Well Wednesday is on the way out for me.

The forum is like a rolling stone when it slows down enough for the moss to reproduce.

Here's our Weekender.

Another Nasturtium taken at the same time as yesterday's, but IMO not as good a photo...

TGIF, everyone.

Taken yesterday and just now processed, here is one of the Nasturtiums that flourish near our gate and mailbox, despite a lack of attention...

I hope all of you are doing well and that you have a safe and enjoyable weekend..

One day in the early 2000s I spotted this American Goldfinch devouring the last seeds of a large sunflower in our front yard. (Photo reprocessed April 26, 2024.

I'm hoping those in the US Midwest stay safe from the violent weather.

TGIF, folks.

More of the old photos I thought were gone but discovered them on a CD.

1) Canada Goose chicks (so soft and fluffy) at a nearby park...

2) Mallards at the same park showing vivid colors (I love that emerald green) thanks to intense morning sun...

I wish everyone a great weekend.

Good day to all.

I found an old unlabelled CD on which I saved a good number of bird photos taken as long ago as 20 years.

Here is a Great Horned Owl (southwest variation) in a tree at a small local park (which is also a documented gathering site for Monarch Butterflies at the end of their long, multi-generation migration).

I processed a couple of the many photos I took that day of the owl; here is one...
