Greetings all. A wet day here with light rain and overcast skies.
Here is one from a cruise to Belize a long time ago.
This is a cashew tree. Taken though a dirty bus window.

Went walking in the bush with daughter and grandaughters. Took lots of photos of tiny flowers and stuff.

This is a Bar-Shouldered Dove we found.

TGIF folks.

Another of the poppies from the same shoot (way back in 2017) as the ones I posted recently...

And one new shot, taken 2 days ago of some flowers against the side wall of our garage. I liked this composition, the graceful flow, and the basic combination of colors because I felt these gave the image a calming mood...

Have yourselves a good weekend.

Greetings all. A beautiful blue sky day here in the great state of South Dakota. Temps are modifying to fall. Maybe the trees will start to change color. This from a trip to The Balloon Festival In Albuquerque, NM.  It is called a night burn if I remember right.

Good day or evening.

Two more from my archives:

1.  Red poppy from the same bed in front of neighbor's house, taken a couple of days after the Bees & Poppies photo I posted a few days ago...

2.  Salsa ingredients, taken 2017-01-26...

I hope all are doing well.

TGIF to all.

In going through my archives yesterday I came across a folder from April 2017 that had many photos of red poppies, and some of them captured bees on or approaching the blossoms.

I don't know why I never processed this photo until yesterday - it seemed promising...

I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.

Have yourselves a good weekend.

Nothing new to post so I went back to Feb 2 2017 for this shot of a hummingbird at an old feeder in our inner front yard.

I reprocessed it a few minutes ago.

My best guess is that it's an adult female Rufous; could also be adult female Allen's (the two are almost identical) but since the Rufous are more common here, I'll stick with that.

Looking for something worth posting. I went way back to January of 2017 for this shot of a Northern Mockingbird. I did some minor reprocessing a few minutes ago...

I like how the various values of grays (from nearly pure white to almost black) look against the blue sky

This image perhaps should be used for this forum members of late?
May have to open in a new tab to read the name of the boat?

Rich, I agree that this '53 Chevy will be something special when it's done.

I was never much into cars, but I will say that I loved my 2001 Toyota MR2.Very low horsepower but the car was so light t h at it had plenty of oomph. And it cornered like it was on rails. Mine was the classic British Racing Green with a dark tan canvas top.

Our early morning skies her have had very little of the normal oranges and reds, but a lot of vivid blues.

Here's are two versions of the same scene from early  yesterday moring...
