About to go to sleep, but will start us a Daily first.

A favorite subject, taken last month: yellow rose with raindrops against a green background...

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

That is is a friggin' good picture Dave!!!

Trying a new lens out. Sigma 85mm f1.4 DG. Used Jack as a model, as you can see he was thoroughly excited. Sorry I did not stick with a theme, Dave Sad
I was looking over the days I missed. So many great shots there. Also in the challenge. But I do have to say, when I saw "Inflation", that actually made me chuckle.

Thank you Michael. I was pleased to get a good photo of this subject that I return to often.

Very nice photo of Jack. The patterns of light & dark and colors in the blanket do a great job of directing the eye to Jack's face. From what I can see, the new lens performed well, and I suspect a little brightening of the photo would corroborate this.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Great details and color, Dave, you should be happy with this one.

Michael, BEFORE AND AFTER? Is the "after" with the new lens? It certainly made a major difference in the exposure. The after is much better.
I am glad that you enjoyed my INFLATION image. I struggle with titles but feel that they add something to an image to help with the story.

No, both with the same lens, I just brightened it up per Dave's suggestion.

"Bright" is not really my style. I tend towards darker images.
