Dave, your email didn't come up, only gmail.com. But, here is something similar to what I have - couldn't find where I ordered mine from. I found this one on Amazon and actually seems to have more options than the one I have.

So, unless your internal hard drive is SSD, you should be able to remove it from the old computer, then use this interface to transfer data from the old drive to the new computer.
