Hi Steve, glad you got thawed out and are back. I have a friend in Oregon that says it was chilly there.
Lorell, definitely unbalanced your CC has a bunch of rule breakers! I am a little unbalanced too, not mentally but physically with my bad hip.
Getting close to spring here. Had a couple of summer days in the 80's last week.
