Natalie, that is a nice composition. We only got up to 30 degrees today but the wind was whipping and it felt much colder. We had such a warm/hot fall and not in an instant we have freezing temps. My body can't get use to it. I am freezing when I go outside now.
My friend had knee replacement and her surgeon told her to use the bicycle all the time, but maybe it was a recliner bicycle. And NO, Natalie, I do not spin-cycle. That looks like pure torture to me. I remember about 15 years ago I dropped about 35 pounds and I would work out bike in the basement. I was very good at peddling it, but I hated every minute of it.
Peter, That is a whole lot of water. I remember when you were suffering from a drought. It doesn't seem that long ago.
