Looking forward to seeing your images from your trip, Don. How old do you think that bridge is? Do you think that is the original construction?
Peter, I admire the colorful design of those leopard orchids. Look at the top two petals of the bloom, they look like wings or aeronautical structures of some kind. How sweet it is that the color of the stem matches the patches of colors in the flower. Only you can find so many species of wild orchids in Australia. I have only come across one here in the states, a purple one.
From our club's trip to the Detroit Riverwalk. This carousel operates on the weekends only. I will show a close up of some of the individual seats. I was not a fan of it at first because it was unlike your typical carousel with colorful characters and benches. But i think that it was designed to fit in with the setting where it presides, that is, along the Detroit River Walk.
