Glad you were sensible and went to a hotel Lorell. Severe weather is nothing to fool around with. At least it passed by entirely but you never know. Hail and high winds - ugh.
Speaking of weather... we had some hot days in Texas and never really got any rain. Some days were hotter than this.
It is raining here right now and the temp is down to 78 from the low 90's. I rode about 100 miles this morning on the motorcycle and it was getting pretty warm by the time I got back home. But I did get home before the rain.
By the way, anyone heard from Patty lately? I can't remember the last time she was on, unless I missed a post (which is possible).
Edit: I just looked and it appears she hasn't been on since the end of April. Hope everything is OK.
