I think I'll make this a taco Tuesday. I have hot sausage, salsa, Mexican Crema, Mexican bulb onions, lots of cheese; just need to pick up shredded lettuce and flour tortillas

Finally got a couple of new photos that may be worth sharing. Here's one; it's one of the few healthy roses to be found at Ron's former house. I like how the green and red violet look together...

Dave, looks like you are the Lone Ranger today! A good color combo for sure on the roses. Good presentation!
Tacos sound good. I am having Italian tonight. Something easy. Leftover chicken breast and pepperoni in red sauce, on top of spaghetti.

Hi Rich. Yeah, it's kinda lonely in here so far. Thanks for your comments on my photo.

Italian sounds good too. I have a couple of kinds of pasta and the cooked sausage I have in the fridge is a hot Italian variety, so maybe I'll go that route. Your planned chicken meal sounds good too.

Good afternoon guys. Good to see that at least some of Ron's roses live on Dave. Very nice capture.

Your meals planned for today sound pretty good.

Our first full day in Iceland we had lunch in a greenhouse. It provides 40% of the tomatoes for the island. Reservations were needed and i had made them a week before we left. Another lunch that I had seen on YT was black crust pizza  - pretty good.

Was yours a squid ink or an activated charcoal one?

Activated charcoal - which I didn't know until after eating it. Still tasted good.

A bit of charcoal never hurt anyone or any squids. Wink

On that note, charcoal has a link between death and life.

I do like the contrast and composition of your rose, Dave.
