Tuesday May 30, 2023 - Dave - 05-30-2023 I think I'll make this a taco Tuesday. I have hot sausage, salsa, Mexican Crema, Mexican bulb onions, lots of cheese; just need to pick up shredded lettuce and flour tortillas Finally got a couple of new photos that may be worth sharing. Here's one; it's one of the few healthy roses to be found at Ron's former house. I have a couple of kinds of pasta and the cooked sausage I have in the fridge is a hot Italian variety, so maybe I'll go that route. Your planned chicken meal sounds good too. Our first full day in Iceland we had lunch in a greenhouse. It provides 40% of the tomatoes for the island. Reservations were needed and i had made them a week before we left.
