Happy Hump Day!

I finally got my new cell phone functional. After hours talking with tech support last week, they promised to escalate the issue, but when I called back on Monday for status I learned that they lied to me - the problem wasn't escalated and nothing had been done.

However the person I spoke to on Monday was able to get things fixed in about 10 minutes - something that the several so-called tech specialists (including one tech supervisor) couldn't or wouldn't do.

Still some minor issues: 1) the step counter consistently under reports my daily steeps by 6 to 10%, and 2) I've been unable to transfer photos from the old phone to the new one. But at least I can make and receive phone calls and texts again.

A photo from April 2018 of a sunset down my street and reprocessed yesterday....

Not especially vivid but I like and especially the harmonious colors and especially the dramatic values of the sky.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Dave, too bad on the cell phone service. It's a different world out there than what we grew up in.

I agree on your comment about the sky. I have not seen one like that. Very dramatic! Good one!

This doesn't fit in with your wonderful photo but I will post it anyway.  Big Grin

I was out to our big box home improvement store a couple of days ago. Looks like Christmas came before Halloween and Thanksgiving this year.  Rolleyes

That is one very gently dramatic sky, Dave. Well composed and processed. Smile

Thanks guys.

Yes, the commercialization just keeps getting more brazen.

Thanks Dave. Smile
Can only photograph what is there. Have had some good sunsets but the street is boring without some drama in the sky.
