TGIF, folks.

More of the old photos I thought were gone but discovered them on a CD.

1) Canada Goose chicks (so soft and fluffy) at a nearby park...

2) Mallards at the same park showing vivid colors (I love that emerald green) thanks to intense morning sun...

I wish everyone a great weekend.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Dave, that photo has the "Awwwww" factor!  And your mallards are lovely in that morning sun!  A nice pairing!
Speaking about finding old photos, I was looking for something else when I saw this one. It brought back memories, miss my mom. Did I ever share this with you guys? My mom had a habit of turning her head and losing her smile for photos.....it was very hard to catch her candidly and smiling......I found two images with a similar head tilt and combined them. One at age 20ish and the other in late 80's. I thought it was interesting to see the aging process....

Here is one from 2002. Deadwood, SD. This building was a saloon with upstairs entertainment in the gold rush days late 1800's. Showing in the windows are mannequin's.

I do love the fluffy chick shot. Well captured mallards too, Dave.
What an amazing combination Natalie did.
Love the old building and appreciate the mannequin humour.
Happiness simply is.
There need be no pursuit.

Thanks Natalie, Rich, and MFI.

Natalie, That is one of the best composites of this type I've ever seen! And a fine tribute to your your mom.

Rich, excellent photo of the Wild Bill Bar. The rust and teal colors are a good combination, and I like the old-fashioned street lamp.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Thank you, all.
Rich, that is funny with the mannequins.....interesting building....Reminds me of when our towns still had stores and restaurants in them. So many building have been torn down.
