Good day everyone.

No new photos, so here's one from my archives (probably 15 or more years ago); I liked the color combination of gray and yellow, and also thought the cast shadows were quite nice...

Yes. I agree. A very pleasing composition of the poppy flower.
Sometimes I do stuff like cropping and small manipulations. Used to do a lot more of it in the past but generally most of my images are SOC.
Currently my small patch of cacti are doing their flowering thing, which mostly happens overnight though they are considerate enouugh to allow morning and evening shots. One these, there are currently more than 20 flower buds coming and I managed to catch five flowers last evening.
