WhatIzIt ???
I didn't intend to mislead, so I will say it now -- it's not a motorbike.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

OK, is it some kind of water pistol?

That's a plausible guess, but not correct.

Time for some more info about the photo:

1) The photo shows a small portion of the object, not the entire thing.
2) The vivid blue and red colors are not the color of the object; these come from a different source that was in the scene.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

We need more clues.

Clues:

1) The vivid red and blue areas are from lights (red from a small clock radio and I don't remember what emitted the blue) that are behind the item. So the item is transparent, and that should help you determine what it's made of.

2) The item is a common one, and rather small (the height of the entire object is about 5.25 inches or 13.33 cm). Things of this type are found in most households.

3) When being used, the object is held in the hand and lifted repeatedly.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Very close, Rich. Close enough to declare you the winner.

It's a small glass stein with some 3-D "sculpting" on it, shot in a dark room with the blue and red lights behind it shining through and hitting some of the sculpted edges.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!
