Before the day gets away I will post something...

I've been busy around the house - yesterday morning I replaced the garbage disposal unit that finally gave up the ghost. That was fun... I was going to cut the grass this morning but the sprinkler system had run so it was wet, so I washed the camper on the outside as well as climb on top to give the roof a good cleaning as well. Later this morning I tackled the grass cutting.

Hi MFI. I think it's great that some of the long-shots in the World Cup are in the knockout phase (South Africa (#54), Jamaica (#43), and Nigeria (40) have all advanced and Colombia (#25) probably will when their last group game ends in about 11 hours. And some of the top-ranked teams either failed to advance or are looking very vulnerable: USA (#1) advances but barely; Canada (#7), Brazil (#8), China (#14), and Italy (#16) are all out; and Germany (#2) will probably advance but hasn't performed anything like #2 in the world.

Our typical morning marine layer didn't materialize today, making it possible to see a sunrise. Unfortunately I had no better of a scene than the local shopping mall...
