Good Monday Morning Fhoto Friends!
A view from my balcony. I think spring has finally arrived.

Hey Rich.  You certainly have a nice view of that tree from your balcony.  I envy you not having to do yard work and wonder how much more I can do.  I had every intention of getting out there this morning but just didn't feel like I had the energy.  We had other things come up today that had to be attended to, so maybe tomorrow will be he day where I make progress with the landscaping.

I spent some time working on getting photos ready for our Thursday local club meeting. It seems like meetings come around so quickly.
So, the good thing is that you get a peek preview of them.
Here is one from the Detroit zoo, a gorilla practicing the Lotus Pose (Yoga).

Thanks Lorell, it is a good view. Looking North. Bad thing is in the winter the ice and snow doesn't melt first or fast. The field is a landlocked space. I think I mentioned that before. No way to get into it to build. Builders of this Condo were going to build another one out there but it didn't work out. Good for us though!
Yes, I like the maintenance free luxury of a condo.

WOW on your photo manip! Looks like a pencil drawing to me. Amazing! Can't quit looking at it and seeing details!

Rich, that's a pretty tree....and all that nice green lawn! Maybe they should put a small putting green and walking trail out there for residents to get out and stretch their legs...?
Lorell, that is a great shot of the gorilla....I love the black and white, the dark gorilla stands out so well......on a side note, the older I get, the more I feel bad about animals in zoos.....When in Florida at Disney we saw a gorilla, and the look he gave me made me feel so guilty to be looking at him. Wished he was in the wild, living his normal life.....sorry.....it's just my feelings.....

Rich,Looks like the trees have been growing leaves for a week or two. Looks like you have enough lawn for a game of cricket.
Our seasons change on the first of the month.

Lorell, great shot of the gorilla. I too at first thought it was a drawing.

Yes Natalie, He does look a bit glum.
Happiness simply is.
There need be no pursuit.

I am right there with you, Natalie. So many of the animals have a sad look on their faces as if they have given up hope. I do believe that is the feelings that are common forth from within. There is a wolf attraction and I keep going back to it and looking at the poor thing lying in the grasses. It just breaks my heart. He has to feel so confined even though the area is large that he inhabits, he is still "caged in" or restricted from running free, hunting food, chasing, etc.,

Thanks all for the positive feedback on the gorilla. I will save that for the last photo to be shown at Thursday's meeting.

Natalie, thanks! Yes, what would be fun is a large labyrinth to get lost in and have to take a shortcut!
