Steve, I don't see an image
Coming soon for us is a teriyaki butter pepper Prime Rib Boneless Black Angus Steak. The butcher next town over packaged it for a Valentines Special. Next day there were a bunch of packages on Special Sale marked down from $17 to $6. We picked up a 1/2 dozen.
Then some large marinated shrimp and my wife's FAMOUS Caesar Salad. I will share the recipe with pictures....

Steve,
Now I am hungry!!!

I will need to take my 105 macro off and default to the 60. That way I will have better DOF and I can get over the food better.

Here is what Bev's Caesar Salad looks like when she brings it out of the fridge to the table. She does not use a raw egg. Instead of blending up a goopy dressing, everything is done in the bowl. It is done to taste. I named her the  "Flavour Queen":

5-10 cloves of Garlic minced or crushed in a small Garlic press.
1/8-1/4 cup Olive oil
12-15 fresh ground black pepper
2-3 swipes Vegeta [shakes being too much]
2-3 minced anchovies if desired
2-3 squeezes fresh lemon
mix to a Heterogeneous mixture
On top add
liberal amount Romain blotted dry and ripped into large pieces
Flaked Hard Parmesan Cheese [She uses a vegetable peeler]
1/4 cup Parmesan Croutons
Another 10 pepper grinds
refrigerate without tossing [Toss at table]

Looks great. I love them salads. My Romaine lettuce is coming along. Won't be too long for fresh garden greens.

I don't normally allow the Holy Grill on the comfort couch. But it is now clean. For the moment.

Grant, is that surf and turf? Love that, too. And thanks for the salad recipe!! Nice shadows....trying to figure out why it's on the sofa?
I don't think I posted this to you all before....it was lettuce, cukes and tomatoes from my garden last year....and my lovely apron for a backdrop!! This year I will be able to say "our" eggs, my daughter has 9 layers!!

Nat, I enjoy making holubtsi too. Glad I made extra!
Your salad is a work of art. I watch my lettuce grow a bit each day. New skin cover for my greenhouse ordered. I'll pick it up soon.

Thanks, Steve....about lettuce, late in August my daughter threw a bunch of seeds into a tote, and we had lettuce clear until Dec 1.....I was surprised it went through several cold frosts and was still great until a really hard freeze.....
