Still a little sore from my miles of walking 3 days ago. I'm considering joining a gym to strengthen my legs and abs.

Here's an interesting (to me at least) and surprising fact that I ran across and recalculated myself just to be sure:

      For an average person who reaches age 75, the heart beats total around 3 billion. That's incredible!

Probably  true .

But I think "stolen" is more accurate that "made".

The last thing I'll say here on DJT  (because there are probably rules forbidding political comments and I've already crossed that line) is that he has done good one thing for me:

I am determined to live long enough to see his sorry butt in jail, where it should have been years ago.

I believe this transcends politics and is outright crime.

US President Donald Trump knows the world hangs on his every word.

A single social media post about tariffs, conflict in the Middle East or oil production can send stocks, commodities and currencies surging or plunging within seconds.

Now, Trump's media company wants to sell some investors a head start.
Earlier this month, the Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), which owns the Truth Social platform, launched a premium data service known as the Truth Social API.

The company says subscribers can receive posts from selected high-profile accounts, including Trump's, within "milliseconds".

According to Reuters, subscriptions cost between $US60,000 ($AU84,930) and $US100,000 ($AU141,550) per month, with several trading firms already signing up.
