December challenge - Padlock
#1
Since no one stepped up with a suggested challenge for December, I randomly chose one from the "list".  So, any photo of any type of padlock will work here, new, vintage, unusual, etc. Let's see what you can come up with. I'll start with a simple shot of a padlock on an old door.

Thanks for creating a challenge for us, Don!
I like how that sharp, neat little lock sits there surrounded by
neglect and that angry looking window as if to say; "don't you dare.."
Good contrast!
I will shoot for something new.

Cool challenge. Two great images to this one. I love the tones and textures in yours, Don. Patty, I cannot figure what your lock is attached to . Hope to find something to add to the collection.

Thanks, Patty.
And thanks for identifying the HITCH. Never had one, never used one. I get now though.

I've got a joke that could fit in here.
I once puchased a dog from a blacksmith.
As soon as I got him home, he made a bolt for the door.

Peter, never heard that one before. LOL
Your joke might be a groaner, but your image isn't. Cool.
