That's quite a yummy looking salad, Nat. I had a similar one today for lunch. It was a sushi poki bowl. As I ate through top toppings of cucumber, avacado, red onions, and what I thought were chunks of tomato, searching for the tuna, it dawned on me the "tomato" chunks were the tuna. Very good.
We were coming back from my greenhouse supply place (OVG) with my new covering and metal channels. We also stopped at Cash & Carry to get a 50 pound bag of bread flour.
I did have a bagel with lox, cream cheese, onion and capers for breakfast. So good. She hasn't made bagels with huckleberries. I try to reserve them for pies. Sounds good though.

Nice looking feast you got going there, Grant. Got to be an olive in there somewhere?

Made some dinner with my Italian sausages yesterday. Grilled peppers and onions too.
I was a little slow on the draw but managed to get a shot before they were all gone.

Like those "Dancing shrimp", Grant. A great combination with that steak too.
