Great job, Lorell. It does look 100% natural.
Usually I don't like it when my photos have areas of motion blur, but in your photo it adds a lot of interest without being distracting. I'm struck by the rapid movement of his hands contrasted with his rock-steady head and eyes.
I've done the same thing (desaturated some selected colors in selected areas of an image) but never as successfully as you did here.
