Hi, all. Been a while. It's been a long year for me.....I'll try to poke my nose in and occasionally post.....hope all are well....?
I haven't taken out the cameras in a long while...... but the other day I looked out the window and saw a bird I have been trying to take a photo for a long time, the pileated woodpecker. He was right there, but I was afraid he would fly off while I ran to find a camera, find a memory stick, find a batter that had a charge.....and run back to the window. He was still there, and I got one decent shot through the glass before he flew off. I was thrilled to add this bird to my bird files.
