I agree with your division of photos into B&W, color, and artistic manip - makes a lot of sense to me.
Nice photos. I don't know what they are; they kinda resemble pea blossoms but I know that's not what they are. As you mentioned, Peter can probably identify them.
You seem pretty active on Flickr and I'm considering opening an account there. Can you tell me the advantages and disadvantages? Probably best handled via PMs unless you think that others might benefit from you experience and opinion with Flickr.
