Thanks for starting the daily Dave. Not sure which of the images I like best - both are interesting and somewhat abstract (at least to me). Could have been used in the "What is it" thread. I don't know that I could have identified what it is without you saying, especially the black and white image.
I developed 3 rolls of 120 B&W film and 6 sheets of 4x5 B&W and finally got them into the computer yesterday. Ended up with a lot of dust spots on the final images, which I think I traced back to the glass that I lay on top of the negatives to keep them flat while I photograph with a macro lens. If it wasn't so much trouble I would start over - still might do that.
Didn't really get any "great" photos this trip, other than the mill which I think is pretty good. Lots of historical sites where we were, abandoned coal mining towns, etc. We were near the newest National Park, the New River Bridge National Park and Preserve. Many of the old towns are now part of the N.P. and so are protected. I'll share a few of those images in days to come.
Meanwhile, here is a shot of the mill with my pinhole camera, the New River Gorge Bridge, an old train station in the town of Prince (still in use by Amtrak).
