As I had expected, the SoCal tropical storm didn't cause any serious problems in my area. Quite a bit of rainfall but no flooding. We must have had some strong wind gusts while I was sleeping because early this morning I found a 3-foot branch broken off and pine needles covering some streets. But I saw no damage.
Right now we have a nice afternoon sun under a mostly blue sky.
