Judges can be influenced by many things so, don’t think they weren’t worthy

Your man on the bench photo was neither exploitative nor offensive.

You can always pretty much count on CB to be consistent. We eat there regularly, especially when traveling and want a better breakfast than what we would get in a hotel.

Judges can indeed be influenced, and the same judge would probably pick different photos if he or she viewed them all 3 days later. I have heard judges actually say that they could look at the same photos the next day and pick entirely different "winners". I know they were pretty good photos, at least to me, and I liked them, but of course can't help but be disappointed. What's worse is that now we have to make another 1.5 hour drive over to Perry to pick them up in a couple of weeks.   I told DW I wanted to just leave them but she said no, she wanted to give them to her sister or our daughter. So, we will be going back either the 18th or 19th.
