Hi all.
I went grocery shopping this morning prepping for the big snowstorm that is supposed to barrelling through starting tomorrow afternoon.

I hope you are doing well, Peter, and recovering from the operation.

I am working on some photos for next week's club meeting. We have "color creative topic", change a photo so much that it looks like it was manipulated to the max.

I took this photo two weeks ago at Stahl's museum.
When I got home I was surprised to read the following on the running board:
 Beam 750 ml
 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky
Bottled By James B Beam Distillery CO., Clermont Beam, Kentucky
100 MONTHS OLD

This is a Whisky Decanter!  I could not see where this "bottle" opens up.

Lorell, we got about 4 inches of fluffy snow yesterday with a light wind. First time we had to have the condo tarmac cleaned. Been a strange winter.
Temp was -12 F this morning. Be prepared. Nice today but more bitter cold coming.
Well done on the decanter. Neat idea for a whisky vessel. Maybe the trunk on the rear bumper opens up to expose the spout.

Healing vibes coming your way Peter..

This is from Myrtle Beach SC

Ah, I needed a nice beach photo to warm me up. I like the American flag and bet that was why you took this photograph.

We are missing our Florida beach house, and my husband more.
We were surprised to learn that the place we rented for the last 10 years had been sold and torn down! I have no idea what we would have done if we had signed up for another year. We sure enjoyed that place. I guess the granddaughter inherited the place and finally decided to sell it. It needed a lot of work and i guess she sold it. Now they will build a bigger place that will be charging easily about $5K or more for a week's stay. And that is no exaggeration.

I also think it likely the decanter lid is likely in that part Americans call the trunk, though it is probably a hundred years since a trunk was strapped in place there.

Thanks for the healing vibes. The anaesthetic is wearing off now.
Happiness simply is.
There need be no pursuit.
