Well, I woke up rested this morning and am in the middle of defrosting my downstairs freezer chest and doing laundry. As I wait for all of the frost to melt in the freezer, I thought I would drop in and say hello.

Sorry I missed most of the week. My Monday mornings are busy. Had PT in the afternoon.
Tuesday went to the State Capital, Pierre where my sister lives for a visit. About 150 miles from me. Wednesday I had a massage, Thursday PT again and today going to Sioux Falls 70 miles for lunch with my son.
Tomorrow is our local College homecoming day. Parade down Main street. Hope to get there for some photos and a video. I have a lot of FB former High School friends and others out of state that enjoy seeing Mitchells happenings that I post.

I have never played football!
I have a couple of weeks left of PT. My leg is still weak but getting better. After PT I will go to the Rec Center for more. We have a personal trainer there that will continue my therapy. No cost. Also continue lap swim.
Need to get stronger for my trip to Nashville, Smokey Mountains and Dollywood in October.
