Good morning all.

I've been busy getting the camper ready for our upcoming trip. Discovered that a couple of lug nuts had been over tightened and rounded off when they were put on. That came from the repair work we had done a while back. Took me quite some time to finally get them off. Today I will find new ones and eventually I will replace them all with one piece lug nuts rather than the "capped" ones that are on there now. I did the same thing to my F-150. Those cheap 2 piece things are junk and troublesome. More info than you wanted...

No new photos yet today. I need to load my 4x5 film holders as I plan on taking both my 4x5 Pressman and the pinhole camera. Probably load up the Yashica as well with some 120 film.

Edit: Got the 4x5 film loaded. Found something in the archives to post.

Hi, Don, and fellow photographers who happen to stop in later.
Thanks for starting Wednesday's thread. It looks like a lot of us are digging into our archives these days.
That is a color gecko.  Is he trying to attract someone?

I am looking out the window and watching some heavy rain pouring down from the heavens.  Yay, hurray.  I am hoping that it will cool things down a bit too after it is all over.  Right now though, my eyelids are getting heavy and I must may take some time to get a nice nap in.  Got a good workout in the swim aerobics class this morning.

I took some time to look at Cassandra's website, the photographer Dave told us about.  Wow, thanks for sharing her website with us.  She has MANY awesome images.  I especially like the ones from her travels to Africa.  It was also very interesting to read about her travels too.  It is nice when photographers take to the time to add some text to the photos that they share.

So, I call this one "MUSTANG with Sal in the Backseat".  (Remember the song Mustang Sally?)
Taken at last week's car cruise.  I was lucky when I saw this dog passing by us and the traffic stopped the car right in front of where we were sitting.

Greetings all!
Don, looks like the Gecko is on the prowl!  Good one!

Lorell, yes I remember that song. That is a nice Mustang, huge dog in the back.

Our temps went from 101 to 60 degrees in the matter of a few hours yesterday when a cold front came through. Nice today.

Here is a main street grab. Looks like a fully custom made car.

I'm quite sure that it is no gecko. Likely a fan throated lizard.

Neat cars.

Here's a little luminous desert leguminous flora in my backyard.

Nice looking Mustang Lorell. And a "rag top" to boot.

Hard to tell about that car Rich, but it doesn't look familiar so might be a custom job. I believe my photo is a Brown Anole, a species that was introduced in southern Florida decades ago and has since spread into most of Fla. Unlike the Green Anole which is native to SE US.

Brilliant color in that flower Peter. Very nice.

From WIKI:
The brown anole (Anolis sagrei), also known commonly as the Cuban brown anole, or De la Sagra's anole, is a species of lizard in the family Dactyloidae.

Yes Don.. That looks like it.
