Good day FotoFriends.

I wasn't in a good location to capture yesterday's sunrise in a pristine natural setting; had to settle for this Suburban Sunrise shot instead...

Some months ago I met a fellow local photographer. She (Cassandra Hermer, but she goes by Sandy) is in her 80s and is very fit, trim, and energetic thanks to daily workouts. Sandy concentrates on wildlife and outdoor photography and has traveled extensively.

For those interested her website is Wildlife Photography by Cassandra Hermer. I think you will be impressed by her exceptional photos.

Dave, good colors and exposure. Clouds are great as are the palms!

I looked at Sandy's photos for South Dakota. When you see her, tell her she did a fantastic job showcasing the Black HIlls and Badlands! Excellent photos!

Great sunrise shot Dave. Vivid colors.

I also checked out Sandy's photos. Great talent and a well traveled lady. She takes the type of photos that I would take. I didn't have time to explore all the categories but I hope to get back there and look at them all. Well done, Sandy. I hope I can be as active if I get to that age.
