Good morning.
well, here is the last photo I submitted for tonight's photo club meeting.
I took this while on a photo trip with the club in Downtown Detroit.
Our special assignment topic for this month was URBAN ANGLES. Care to count them?

I hope you are having a good week.
LORELL

PS photo coming soon

Good morning Lorell - nice symmetry in your photo. Well done. The overhead sun and the shadows, it all works. Thanks for sharing. And no, too many angles to count. Smile

I have nothing new to post, but I went into the archives to pull out this old photo of a hike in Lost Maples nature area near Kerrville, Tx. I used to try to always take a day and do some hiking and photography while I was as the festival. This rock formation is called Monkey rock, strangely enough. Big Grin

Reminds me of Monkey Magic. The Old chinese tale of Monkey locked in a rock for 500 years based on the 16th-century Chinese novel Journey to the West by Wu Cheng'en.
In the 70's, Japan produced a TV series based on this tale.

Lorell, your architecural light and shade geometry is quite a stunner. Should be a winner at your photo club. Smile

Yup Lorell, Your images keep getting stronger.
Any way you could salvage highlights in the sky?
That would be the only thing that would knock you points.

Looks like a winner to me too, Lorell.

How did your entries fare at the photo club meeting?

Neat capture, MFI. I can't tell if the monkey is smiling or grimacing.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Oops.

Sorry Don, that I attributed your photo to the wrong person. You'd think I'd be able to keep track of our 4 or 5 active members.
