[Dave]

It looks like nobody has had time to start a Daily, so I guess I'll do it.

I thought of Rich when I saw this beauty a few days ago...

I have no idea as to make or model, but it sure was fine looking.

Nice car Dave. Edited to add: perhaps this? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1941_Ford

Hmm it seems I haven't posted an orchid shot for a while.

Hey fellas.  I had a nice day today.
I got some "spring cleaning" done.  Hey, it was 72 degrees outside and felt like spring.  All I know is that I am sitting in my nice clean tidy piano/photography/sewing room.  The thing that I am happy about the most is that I bought a narrow chest of drawers that I am able to store all of the new accessories that I have purchased since I began my new hobby of quilting.

I could have gone to my archives and followed either one of the themes that you gentlemen started.  I decided to post an orchid from the orchid show that I attended the the actual spring of 2022.  Peter, It cannot compete with your bearded beauty, but I doubt if we have anything like that growing here in the states. Wow, that sure is unusual and beautiful. The last photo looks like the face of a walrus.

Dave, when I first saw your photo of the car, I had the urge to visit my favorite car museum.  I need some inspiration to get me motivated and the is a perfect image to do that.  Nice framing, Dave, especially with the thin blue line to pic up the detailing.
Thanks, Dave, for starting our daily.
Here comes the weekend.

Dave, what a great car! They should go back to making cars interesting again.....so many boring car bodies on the roads today!
Peter, those really are unusual orchids! Orchids DO have faces!! Love them!!
Lorell, I need to do some decluttering.....so happy you got some done! Your orchid is also beautiful....these are more the typical orchid like we think of wearing a corsage!! Wonderful color!!
Lorell, be careful. The hobby of quilting can become addictive, and you will find you cannot pass a fabric store or display that you can NOT buy something!! Soon, you will have tons of fabrics, and more storage chests of drawers will be needed!!! LOL!!

WoW, lots of color in this thread!

Dave, that car is a beauty!! Perfect color combo and the moon hubcaps, awesome! Kind of looks like 1937 Chevy coupe.

Peter, I have never seen an orchid in like that, awesome! I agree with Lorell the second one does look like a walrus!

Lorell , thanks for posting sunshine! Beautiful! You are keeping busy!

Another nice day here today, Saturday, a few more to come then temps go into the cooler, not quite the freezer yet!
