TGIF, everyone.

The blossoms of my stunted sunflowers haven't lasted long. So I set out to get of a photo of one that, while clearly past its prime, evokes a sense of the beauty it once was. Not sure I succeeded...

I think it is just that the details are not too clear. I do love the position of the drooping head of the flower and curled leaves. One of the coolest things is how it is hugging the metal post to stay standing. That is a clever element that you included.
