Good day, all.
I worked late in the evening in my "camera room" attempting to get one more shot for my camera club meeting tonight. I was not pleased with the outcome that I was looking for.

I had everything set up for using the light painting technique and although I did get a few good shots, it would have taken too long to consolidate them into ONE as I did for the photo below.

The image you see will be used for the category VB, Very Best.  This is a light painting that took several hours to combine 12 separate photos that took only about 5 minutes to shoot. Yes, it takes longer to set up everything than to photograph the parts you want to highlight.

I have had this huge leaf in my back room for at least 4 months, I am actually happy that I can finally throw it away not that I have preserved its memory.

Have a good Thursday all,
LORELL

Photographic gold is now destined to go back to its original purpose which was to return to the earth. Wink

Worth all the effort by the result. Well done.

WHEW!

Lorell: A lot of work, but a simply remarkable result.

I agree with what MFI said. And I admire how poetically he said it.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Thanks.

Here's some gold that was simply there to pick up.
