Good morning folks, and welcome to another week. This year will soon be gone.

A bit warmer here at 46F, about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday. I might take the trike for a spin this afternoon.

I played with the shot taken from the riverboat a bit, since it wasn't the best shot in the original form. Some Topaz magic made it a little more interesting IMO.

I like it, Don. Among other strengths it displays some interesting values and colors.

Since I woke just after midnight I decided it was a opportunity to back up my PCs data to my 22 TB external drive. Took about 4 hours.

Invading Ivy, taken on a recent walk...

Wishing us all a good week.

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

Both interesting shots.
Wasn't Lorell going in for a either a new knee or hip?

Hip and she's not back yet.
Let us hope she is having a good recuperation.

Happy Monday all!
Interesting manip Don. I agree with Dave plus it reminds me of a fantasy Cityscape.

Dave, always a good idea to do a backup. Something I need to do. Might have to ask Santa to bring me a new external drive. Looks like the Ivy would cover the house in a heartbeat!

Here is mural #2 done. I will get a close up later. Maybe when we have some snow on the ground. It is the Sydney Opera House. I am not real happy with the color they chose but it is probably because we had a very dry summer and some of the colored corn didn't make it.

Yes, wondering about Lorell too. I had the same surgery done last year and it just takes time to heal. Lots of walking and physical therapy.

Thanks guys. Good to be back - we were away for 3 weeks. I still have about 600 photos remaining to look at. That image was taken at night, handheld, on my phone, which is why I needed to tweak it a bit.

Invasive Ivy for sure. Down here we have Kudzoo, which is very fast growing. Can be quite a problem.

Looks like the palace is coming right along, Rich.

Nice photos, Don and Dave.
Yes Rich, it is a pity they couldn't get the right coloured corn.

I see it is getting quite cold over there. Here's a sample of what it is like here.
