I've got so many sunset and sunrise pictures recently that I'm really having trouble wondering which ones are special enough to show. Though in the past, I did have a surrealist going through my discarded slides. When I told him they were discards not worth showing, he said "on the contrary, there's heaps of inspiration in here".

Hi to the Foto Friends out there.
Life goes on here in South Africa. So, during April, we had a B&W evening as well as a normal camera club meeting. Now that I am back, I have been entering prints again. Unfortunately, I have been the only photographer to enter prints so far this year! I have just entered a load of my April batch into the FF members images section, see: https://www.fotofriends.net/showthread.p...32&page=11 Keep going folks. regards - Pete
Don, my scanner, a Canon 9000F Mark II has holders for 35mm slides and negatives. I scan at 300 dpi and then take into photoshop. Works well for me.
Pete, I have seen many of the images so I am a little confused on which are the new ones. My favorite being the abstract rainy day of you and your wife under an umbrella. EDIT: Found the new ones. All very good but my favorites are the first two, honeysuckle and the pencil. Lovely orange sky Peter!

Rich, I have an Epson scanner that I did use for negs, but I find that I like doing it by photographing the negatives with my DSLR a bit better.
