[damar]

Natalie, my son has made these a few times and says they are excellent!
Zucchini Patties

[Dreamin]

Patty,. I made some similar to those patties, but without the cheeses.....and used sour cream to dip them in.....they were excellent.....reminded me of the grated potato pancakes my mom used to make for us!! Unfortunately, my daughter and son would not try them.....even tho they eat potato pancakes! Their loss!!

[damar]

My mom used to make potato pancakes too…served with applesauce. Sound's weird, huh? But they were sooo good!
I saw my son in the supermarket today and he had more zucchini in his shopping cart to make more.
(He and his wife do low carb diets)!

Thanks all. Yes, those are small cherry tomatoes in my photo.

Nice scenes of your immaculate city, Rich.

Dramatic sky indeed, Natalie.

I don't care for grits, but I really like potato pancakes. Thanks for reminding me of them, Natalie. It's been many years since I had any; like damar, I think applesauce is a great addition. I'll be looking online for a recipe.
