Good day or evening.

Sunrise at 05:45 today...

Nice sunrise Dave. It was too cloudy here to see the sun.

I was awake at 0400 and never got back to sleep, so I finally got up, waited until daylight, and rode the trike up to one of Georgia's covered bridges. Most are in north Ga but maybe 3 or 4 are close enough to get to for a day trip. I loaded up my old Yashica TLR with some 400 ISA film and shot a roll at the bridge. I had forgotten how long it takes to process, dry, cut, photograph the negatives, convert in the computer, then do final processing. Still, it was fun.

A beautiful sunrise Dave! I was up at that time but our skies were grey!

Thanks Rich. The storm had little effect on us, mainly just some wind. We were just out of range.

Its been hot and HUMID. It was like this back in '83. Record high temperatures for a month.
Don, Your Covered bridge photos are excellent!

Thanks Patty. Watson Mill State Park is on our list of places to camp, soon we hope. Been doing a lot of traveling besides camping so we need to get back to doing that.

Striking portraits of the covered bridge. I'm impressed at how the somewhat dramatic skies complement the bridge, not compete with it.
