Occasionally I take photos that are not of the kind called nature photography. Often these are of buildings and I tend to favor shots from behind the businesses or in alleys that strike me as being rather gritty and/or dramatic due to high contrast.

Here's one such, taken yesterday morning, behind a sushi restaurant...

Don't blame me - I didn't vote for him!

I went shopping today and was looking at a chef making sushi.  He was being a counter and I wasn't going to take my phone out to take his photo.  I did want to buy some sushi from him, but he was still busy putting all the ingredients together and assembling the delicious little morsels.
So, from your photos, Dave, it appears that they use styrofoam in their sushi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Just kidding. It is an interesting perspective and I like the parking lines on the pavement which break up the composition.

So, here is an alley in Detroit.
I decided to keep the color. We did the same thing yesterday, but today I posted the colored photo after you posted a B&W one.

Agree with Lorell on the geometric appeal of your sushi composition, Dave. Smile

That's very colourful, Lorell.
