Hello and Good Morning.
Off of lunch with a good friend but not before I start the eve of the long weekend's thread.
For tomorrow's FLICKR challenge, Flowers in Vertical, I was thinking of posting this. There might be a good prospect in the backyard of flowers coming through a privacy fence, but I have not gotten out there to take the photo yet. I am waiting to see how the sun plays with it

Lorell, Just beautiful! Colors are gorgeous! Well photographed, a winner!
Here are a couple of photos from the lake. First is a natural amphitheater that has been used for many things. Concerts and plays. Was a good place to watch the organized fireworks display on the 4th until they moved from the island to the other end of the lake. Moved because of traffic problems along the highway running parallel with the lake.
Second is the building covering the dig of the prehistoric Indian village 1000+ years ago. Back in my HS days, before the building, we would drive over the grounds to get to the beach (before the rip-rap was put in) for swimming and beer parties.
