Weekender June 21 & 22, 2025 - Rich - 06-21-2025 Greetings Friends! A hot weekend in SD. Looking at 105 F, temp now is 101 F. Working on a watercolor of my Grandsons cat. A difficult one because it is hard to paint a white cat on white paper. Maybe I should have used black paper! These photos are from a trip to California in 2006. Had to go back in my way-back machine for them. I am not sure of the location but it might be Big Sur and Highway 1. Dave would know. The seals are napping after a big meal I suppose! RE: Weekender June 21 & 22, 2025 - Dave - 06-22-2025 Nice photos, Rich. You have visited more places in California than I have - I haven't been to Big Sur or Highway 1. The furthest north I've been is Ventura to the west and Big Bear Lake more to the east. But I think you probably right. Good luck with the painting; it does sound challenging.
